Cancellation Policy

MBKY approaches scheduling with flexibility and good faith. This policy describes how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are generally handled.

Our approach

We understand that professional schedules change. When possible, your coach or facilitator will work with you to reschedule rather than treat a change as a cancellation. We ask for timely communication so the time can be offered to another client if needed.

Rescheduling

If you need to move a session, contact your coach or facilitator as early as possible using the contact information provided in or with your contract or booking confirmation. They will make reasonable efforts to find an alternative time that works for both parties.

Cancellations

If you must cancel a confirmed session, notify your coach or facilitator promptly using the contact information provided in or with your contract or booking confirmation. Because each engagement is customized, any fees associated with late cancellation or unused time will be handled case by case according to what was agreed in your engagement or invoice. We aim to be fair and humane in these situations.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific engagement terms confirmed before services begin. Prepaid amounts for sessions not yet delivered may be refunded or credited when cancellation occurs before the scheduled service date, unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Fees for completed sessions are generally non-refundable. To discuss a refund or credit, contact your coach or facilitator using the contact information provided in or with your contract or booking confirmation.

Changes by MBKY

If we need to reschedule or cancel due to illness, emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, we will offer an alternative time or an appropriate refund/credit for any prepaid session not delivered.

How to request a change

For cancellations, rescheduling, or refund requests, contact your coach or facilitator directly using the contact information provided in or with your contract or booking confirmation.
