Submitting a contact form is an inquiry only. A coaching or facilitation engagement begins only after mutual agreement on scope, schedule, and fees, typically confirmed in writing or by invoice. Fees and payment terms are described in our Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure and your individual agreement.

We treat client conversations with care and professionalism. Confidentiality limits may be discussed and agreed at the start of an engagement, including exceptions required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

Website content, branding, text, images, and materials are owned by MBKY or used with permission. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute site content without prior written consent.

The website and general information on it are provided as is. Coaching and facilitation outcomes depend on many factors; we do not guarantee specific professional, personal, or business results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MBKY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services, except where liability cannot be excluded under Japanese law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes relating to these Terms or the website should first be addressed through good-faith contact at support@mbky.co. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with authority over MBKY's principal place of business in Japan.
